If this one is not available, we likely have other available units that will meet your needs. Please note that some units may have different layouts and furnishings. We offer 3, 6, 9, and 12 month leases. A month to month lease will be considered based upon unit availability. We do allow pets in certain units with management approval. We do ask that you provide a photo of your pet. We limit pets to 1-2 per unit depending on size, and require an additional non-refundable security deposit. Be prepared that your pet(s) will need to be leashed at all times outside the unit, and you should pick up all waste and dispose of appropriately. To apply for one our units, we request the following items: 1.) Copy of the id's for all adults planning to occupy the unit. 2.) If traveling for work purposes, please plan to provide a copy of the contract or work orders. 3.) If this an insurance claim placement, please plan to provide a copy of the insurance adjusters paperwork covering temporary housing. 4.) For all other renters, please plan to provide a copy of the 3 most recent bank statements, and the last 3 paystubs.
