The monthly rent includes all utilities (water, electric, television, and internet) at no additional cost. The apartment is fully furnished except for a queen/full size mattress (a bed frame that accommodates either size is included). The bathroom is spacious and has a very large closet attached. The building is very new, and the interior is a very modern design. There is also a large community area that includes gas grills and firepits. I am looking for a trustworthy person to take over the unit, because I will be relocating for work. This will be a lease takeover until July 21, 2018.
