We've dropped the price on our all original (except for new flooring), beautiful 1982 Airstream Excella, currently located at the Old Chatham RV Resort in S. Dennis. The park is open from April 15-Oct.31 which makes this a perfect location to enjoy Cape Cod summers for a reasonable price. Although the Airstream can be bought and towed out of the park, it also makes an affordable summer home for retired snowbirds or to share with family. The add-on room can be used as extra living space and/or an extra bedroom. In addition to the bedroom, there are 2 futons which fold out. The backyard platform comes with a gazebo tent with privacy screens and is situated on the edge of the quiet woods. The property comes with a fire pit and outdoor furniture set as well as a shed for storage. It also comes with great neighbors! We have a great location which backs up to conservation land and hiking trails. If you enjoy gardening, we have flower gardens on our spot for you! We have a larger hot water tank which makes for comfortable showers in the Airstream. This can be a turn-key property if you're interested in the furnishings and fully outfitted kitchen supplies. The park opens on April 15th and remains open until October 31. Old Chatham RV is situated mid-way between 16 pond, bay and ocean beaches and is central to just about everything you need without traffic hassles. Only minutes off of exit 9, the park is tucked into the woods and affords a quiet spot with all the amenities (including a swimming pool). We have all the original paperwork and maintenance records. Our Airstream has been lovingly maintained by three families. The annual park fee is $5,440.00 (comparable with other Cape parks). That includes everything except your electricity and private wifi. Still a bargain at $1,000 per month for a Cape Cod summer home!
