The application fee is $61.54 per adult, this covers credit and criminal background checks. We do not accept other screening reports. We screen all tenants through our preferred screening company. No dogs allowed. Cats are welcome with an additional $600 deposit of which $300 is non-refundable. Pet rent is $25/month per pet.
