Steps to condo are on 4th Avenue. Condo itself is 2 floors, surprisingly big space! Large (20 x 19) private deck on East side, plus small balcony on West side with view of the bay. I even have a tiny ocean view from top floor master bedroom window. There is one reserved parking space off street. Outdoor hot and cold shower on street level . Summer weeks can easily be rented for $2000 - 2500/ week. 2021 taxes are $327/month. Zillow has the property taxes wrong. Zillow's Zestimate is also way off. Just look at their list of similar properties, or similar properties currently on market, or recently sold, and you'll see my price is very competitive with comparables. I've listed here for substantially less than recommended by 3 real estate agent friends of mine. Closing date would be mid to late September. Please come see my property .
