It is close to good shopping and other stores, very convenient to hop on 64 and go to Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, and only 20 to 25 minutes into North Carolina
The house is also very close to good schools, parks, and good restaurants
Tenants are responsible for water, gas, electric. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Up to four pets total allowed.
