Northside Apartments offers luxury accommodations, particularly to students attending UT Dallas. They offer 24/7 study rooms, gyms, and swimming pools. This complex sits across the street from UT Dallas, however being a UT Dallas student is not required. Convenient access to DART transportation! Rent includes free high-speed wifi, water, and heating. Renter pays for electricity ($15-$20month). Lease can be sublet for one semester (August 2020 - December 2020), or one academic year (July/August 2020 - July 2021) if preferred.
