Looking for someone with a flexible move in date to take over the lease. Our lease is over 12/17/2017 but we are looking to move in the next month or so as we have outgrown our first apartment and are looking for something larger. (Note: We do not have a set move in date. Must be flexible, we are looking towards end of July or beginning of August) You will take over our current lease and that will be handled by the leasing office here at Evergreen Apartments. The price of $684.00 per month, which is about $100.00 less than the current rate, will be valid until 12/17/2017 and based on our history here you can expect the rent to increase around $10 - $15 if you decide to sign the lease again. You have to apply directly with the Evergreen office and there is a fee for that. The security deposit we paid is $450.00 but we are only requesting that $400.00 of it be paid to us and the $450.00 will be paid to you by Evergreen Apartments whenever you decide to move out. The only other possible charges to move in will depend on our agreed up move out/move in date. For instance, if you decide to move in on the 1st of the month or even a few days before then you will just owe that months rent which you will pay directly to evergreen. If we agree on a date that's in the middle of the month than we will prorate it. This apartment is very quiet with awesome neighbors. We are friends with the couple upstairs and they are very quiet/friendly. There are no kids in our building and most people leave for work during the day. The club house and pool are right out the front, secured, door. There is a lot of security here including guards on foot and in patrol cars. You are 4.6 miles from downtown Ann Arbor/UofM and 3.8 miles from downtown Ypsilanti/EMU (thats about a $7-$12 Uber or Lyft ride either way). You are 1.9 miles from the US 23 and I94 Interchange. Carpet will be cleaned prior to move in. Great first apartment in a wonderful and safe location! Lease take over. Handled securely by the Evergreen office.
