NOISE & SMOKING MONITORING In accordance with the city code of Fort Lauderdale, the vacation rental is equipped with a noise monitoring device that alerts the property owner and manager if noise levels exceed a certain threshold. This device does not record conversations; it only measures noise levels. Additionally, this device can also detect the presence of smoking in the unit. SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays.
