There is a lot of natural light in the kitchen area and the room that's available for rent from 9/3. The room shown in the video is the room available for rent. The room is not fully furnished, however buying option is available if you like the furnitures (the bed Queen size, standing mirror, and the white shelf that I marked ). The apartment is extremely well maintained. It is very close to Walmart and Giant and asian groceries like Lotte and H mart. Also close to route 29 and 70. It is easy to commute. The other room is occupied by a working professional. She is so sweet and loves music and laid back sometimes. And also , she is the person who knows how to enjoy her life. These are some of her expectations from a potential new roommate: clear communication, cleanliness, and respectful. A kind and caring retired couple in their 70s live upstairs, who are also going to be your landlords. They are attentive to your requests and may also occasionally offer you some delicious Korean food. Depends on the landlord. But prefer long term
