This is a Vanguard House. Vanguard House is a part of a non profit, affordable living organization. Vanguard House is a wellness community, reencouraging a healthy and sober free living. There will always be a gym in a Vanguard House. This room has two queen beds, with its own bathroom and kitchen. Two room mates will share the room, weekly rate is $224 with utilities included (electric, water, gas, high speed internet). Deposit is a non refundable $200 but can be covered by the non profit, applications encouraged. Vanguard House is a co-living community, with shared rooms and spaces. Registered sex offenders are not accepted.) Rent is flexible, month to month. You can do 6 months, 12 months, 36 months. Stay as long as you want, but please give 45 day notice before moving out.
