Three more bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The main bedroom offers a plush King bed, a set of Twin bunkbeds, TV, and fantastic view of the serene meadow behind the condo. Second bedroom has a Queen bed; third bedroom has Twin-over-Double bunk beds. Full bathroom with combination tub/shower is in the hall between the bedrooms. This family-friendly unit provides lots of games, a high chair, and a pack n' play crib. Located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore, the Lake Forest Glen complex is just 2 miles east of Tahoe City. It's an easy walk to nearby Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach and Lake Forest Beach. There is convenient access to great biking and walking trails, including the paved path into Tahoe City where you'll find varied dining and shopping options. The Lake Forest boat launch is just around the corner for our summer guests. In the winter, a short drive gets you to the Tahoe Nordic Center for cross-country skiing or Alpine Meadows/Palisades, NorthStar and Homewood Mountain Resort for downhill skiing / boarding adventures. This development features two pools, sauna, all-season hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball and a children's play area. Each unit has two reserved parking spots right in front, plus extra parking available in two overflow parking lots. Please note that the maximum occupancy of this condo is 8 guests. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. For shorter ski leases, utilities will be negotiated. Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
