Water and trash covered. Renters would pay Electric. Very great community, quiet and conveniently located near the OU campus. The apartment is super cozy and has a chimney. Loved living here! My family and I are moving and need a least transfer by by the end of the month. If really interested the transfer fee of $350 will be covered by me. Also would give $100 towards rent.
