There is a year-round renter that lives in the ADU above the garage. You will not cross paths with the renter. On site is the home's cat, she lives outside permanently, her name is Kelly and she is very friendly. Her food is kept in the garage and the ADU tenant feeds her daily. She likes to sit by the back door, please under no condition let her inside. She is an elderly cat and may lounge on the patio furniture. If cats are not your cup of tea, then this rental may not be your best choice. We appreciate your understanding.
