The rent would include all utilities as well monthly cleaning. Unique circumstances will be considered. Primarily a year lease. However, other circumstances will be considered. Smoking and pets not allowed. Limited guests allowed and no more than 5 nights a month. Damage to the property other than normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the renters.
