    Micro studio in 1909 Craftsman between Hawthorne & Belmont in the Sunnyside neighborhood. -walking distance to restaurants (Bluto's & La Patroncita are our favorites), coffee shops, Powell's on Hawthorne, four grocery stores, Colonel Summers Park, Sewallcrest dog park, close drive to Mt. Tabor -can come furnished or not -separate, side entrance -backyard in progress with firepit & chairs, hammock coming :) We live upstairs with our four year old son, and have been renting this room on airbnb for two years, but would now prefer a long-term (minimum six months) renter. The location is amazing and we think our our old house is super cute, but there are some drawbacks/reasons why the room is so inexpensive: -there isn't a complete kitchen; we're planning on putting in a mini-fridge & toaster & hot plate so you'll be able to make simple meals, but there won't be a dedicated kitchen sink--just the sink in the bathroom. -we put in Rockwool Safe & Sound insulation, but you can still hear footsteps upstairs and my four year old does run around (the good news is he goes to a preschool every day during the week 8:30am-4pm so the house is very quiet most days) -we have some hooks to hang things & we're installing shelves, but this isn't the right place for someone with a ton of stuff, and it's probably not the right place for someone who needs to work from home b/c there isn't really room for a separate desk -laundry is down the street at Hawthorne & 29th at Belmont Eco Laundry. Let me know if you have questions! There are still airbnb guests this month as we wrap up this phase, but the days I'll be showing the place are Thursday July 10th and Friday July11th. Owner pays for water & trash--unless trash is excessive! It is $5/bag that does not fit in the garbage can. We live upstairs with our four year old. No drugs & no smoking in our yard. Six month minimum, please!
