An addition was added in the early 90s for a family room w/double french doors leading to a large deck overlooking your 1.8 acres. The deck was completely redone in 2019. The master bedroom was remodeled in 2018 and turned into a luxury master suite with walk-in closets, jacuzzi tub, and open marble shower. The main bathroom was completely remodeled and updated in 2019. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is unparalleled. Turning down Glenmuer is going from a busy suburban area to a quiet country road. No traffic from Orchard Lake can be heard from this home. There is a beautiful, safe dirt road to walk that connects up with walking trails in the woods. Homeowners stay a long time. Homes are sold to family members and rennovated. Zillow's doesn't reflect the uniqueness of this neighborhood. The comps are inaccurate because its comparing home size only. No one else has almost two acres on a parklike setting. Much updating and remodeling has taken place over the years and zillow does not accurately reflect this. Love it love it love it. This is the best neighborhood ever. All the conveniences of living in the city, but with the serenity of the country.
