The house is ranch style and set on about 1/2 acre, because we own the extra lot beside. We have recently enclosed the carport and opened it up to the main section of the house , added on a 14 x 24 recreation room, completly remodeled the kitchen, changed windows and doors, stuccoed the outside and added cultered stone to the porch columns and the corners of the house, painted the inside, reinsulated, put up privacy fencing and added shed for storage. There have been some improvements to the landscaping. Neighborhood Description It is on the up swing. They are enforcing code and cleaning up quite a bit.
