This will make a good investment property or starter home. It needs the kitchen and bathroom finished. Needs drywall work through out, and flooring refinished or covered. It has a new furnace and has had the foundation repaired (includes a lifetime warranty from the contractor). It has a basement that does get wet. I will only consider assignable contracts with a non-refundable deposit.
