This is a family home in a lovely neighborhood. The carpet throughout the house was professionally cleaned on July 31, 2015. We do not allow pets. No smoking of any kind (including but not limited to e-cigs or vapor) is permitted. We ask for one month's deposit ($1,250) plus the first and last month ahead. This equals to the sum of $3,750 to move in. There is a $100 application fee. Every adult must fill out an application, but only one application fee is required.
