Have done remodeling we have pets and if someone wants pets thats great when we show the house we are still living here but everything will be cleaned and the carpet cleaned. its a pretty large house for a family and it has a built in standby generator. Renters to pay all utilities . The HOA is strict so the upkeep of the yard is very important if its not you will pay the violation fines. I love animals and we have 3 labs so pets are ok. income must be at least 3x the monthly rent.
