I am always open to longer terms. Shorter terms would need to be under special circumstances. Deposit is one months rent. There is no smoking in the units. Unfortunately at this time pets are not allowed. Trash and yard care are provided by landlord. Renters pay for water, gas and electric. I ask that you take care of your new apt.
