This neighborhood is very friendly and there's even a little hill nearby with benches where low key social/happy hours take place regularly. Be it birthday parties or holidays. The townhome itself is extremely spacious and gets great light throughout. It has not only a private balcony but also a private patio that we've been using as our "dining room" as the weather in San Diego is fantastic year round! The unit is laid out as shown in photos and also has another level down where there is a laundry room and access to the garage. Two bedroom upstairs with two full baths upstairs (one is the master). Extra powder room on middle/lower level near kitchen. We like to keep the actual dining room open as it has a wall of mirrors and is a perfect place for dance and yoga. It also has a wet bar which comes in handy from time to time. The kitchen is spacious and has great pantry and drawer organizers. Downstairs you have a large living room with a gas fireplace that does work and is lovely on chilly winter nights. The living room opens up to the private balcony, which is a stunning sanctuary of nature and peace. We hope you love this home as much as we did... we are moving due to a growing family and will miss the home and the area very much! Across the complex you have all the shopping you could ever think of including Philz Coffee, Sprinkles Cupcakes, Whole Foods, Chase bank, FedEx, USPS, Snooze, CVS, Trader Joes', AMC, Ralphs, Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, and the list goes on!
