Rent is due on the first of every month, and late fees will apply for payments received after the due date. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at the time of signing the lease agreement. We do require all tenants to have renters insurance, and we will ask for proof of insurance at the time of move-in. Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors is prohibited. We do not allow tenants to sublet or rent the property on a short-term basis, such as through services like Airbnb or VRBO. This is to ensure the safety and security of the property and to comply with local laws and regulations. Tenants are responsible for paying electricity, gas, cable & internet. These utilities are not included in the monthly rent payment and will be the responsibility of the tenant to set up and pay directly to the service provider. We will provide you trash, sewer and water. It is the responsibility of the tenant to clear the snow and ice from the sidewalks surrounding the rental property. This is in compliance with the local regulations in the area. We understand that snow removal can be a significant task during the winter months, and we encourage tenants to take care of it as soon as possible after each snowfall to ensure the safety of themselves and their neighbors. This rental property offers street parking for tenants. However, street parking in the area is regulated by the city and requires a parking permit. As a tenant, you will be responsible for obtaining a parking permit from the city and adhering to all parking regulations.
