The rental term can be 6 months or a year and will go month to month after one year until owners sell their home and relocate. The master bedroom is on one side of the great room/kitchen and the other two bedrooms are on the other side with a shared bathroom. The kitchen is an "eat in" kitchen. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom has been tested and works properly. The east and south perimeters are lined with trees and the home sits beside a creek. It's a great starter home or short term option for those selling/moving and just need a transition space. The home is non-smoking and renter pays all of the utilities. Pets are fine, but any damages must be covered. The damage deposit of $800 and pet deposit of $200 (if you have pets) will be refunded as long as the home is left in the condition you received it. Carpets and tile must be professionally cleaned. If cabinets and drawers are wiped out, blinds cleaned, baseboards wiped, floors swept and mopped and refrigerator cleaned out and the home looks like the way it did when you stepped inside, you'll get the deposit back.
