New roof within last year, HVAC system and water heater installed in the last 2 years. 5 minutes from the highway 10 minutes from Downtown Nashville 15 minutes from the international airport (BNA). Tenant is responsible for all utilities including, lawn care and general home upkeep. AT&T fiber installed but not active. Security system installed but not active. Tenet is free to utilize either, but is not required and can use their preferred provider. I am very responsive if/when technical issues should occur because I want your stay at this house to go well. Renter is responsible for utilities. Pets allowed, preferably small animals.
