All utilities paid by the landlord (capped so tenants are responsible for keeping the electricity and water use appropriate) This clean, fully furnished 2-bedroom 1 bath home with laundry, parking, comfortable beds, desk, a full kitchen, living room and outdoor seating is ideal for mid-term or yearlong stays. With a starter set of cleaning supplies, spices and toiletries provided. All Utilities are covered by landlord - internet, garbage, water, sewer & electricity We primarily offer stays of 3 months or longer. Base rate covers 3 occupants. One additional occupant is allowed for $100/month more (extra electricity and water usage plus wear on home). *The primary bedroom includes an adjustable queen-size bed, standard closet and Smart TV. *Two hall closets provide a dresser and lots of hanging storage if needed. *The second bedroom is equipped with a desk and a day bed that has a twin mattress or opens to two twins. *The bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo, sink, toilet, hairdryer, towels and washcloths. *The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The kitchen table seats up to 4 people. *Washer and Dryer with ironing pad, iron and laundry basket included. Also some laundry soap pods to get your started. In the living room, you'll find a smart TV to log in to your favorite channels and comfortable seating to just relax. Buttercup also has some outdoor seating to just sit and listen to the city. You might even hear seagulls from the Puget Sound just west of Buttercup about 1 mile. Tandem parking is free for 2 compact cars up in the alley driveway that is dedicated to Buttercup, but past tenants have always preferred to park in the street right out front. They always seem to find parking (just get a simple, free parking pass from the city of Everett) Small dogs are ok with prior approval. The yard is not fenced, but there is a grassy, level yard and also side yard for those early mornings or late nights. Historic Port Gardner Neighborhood is perfect for walking the dog too. All on sidewalks and walkable to 3 different parks. City Living- there is daytime city construction happening across the street, but Buttercup is well-insulated and the construction hasn't bothered previous tenants. Construction stops by 4-5pm every weekday. *Providence Hospital - 2 miles *The Optum/Providence Pavillion for Women and Children - .3 miles *Kaiser Medical - 1.1 miles Head directly north on Grand Ave just a few blocks - *Grand Ave Park which provides a walking bridge over West Marine View Drive that drops you down to the newly remodeled Everett Waterfront and Marina - full of new restaurants, coffee shops, brewery, distillery and bakery.
