It's a nice starter house for those just starting out or if you're interested in becoming a landlord. It was my first rental property I actually purchased exactly 1yr ago . The reason being y I'm selling it is not any more than just me and wife thought we could buy a few houses and rent them out just so we'd have something to fall back on far as retirement.
