Rest of the subfloor has been checked and no other damages.Lot rent is 620 a month and Home also comes with an outside shed with an extra refrigerator freezer. about 10 months ago I could’ve sold this for what I have before now three people are looking at and want it. I wish I would’ve sold it then but I have medical problems and I had to stay due to my doctors request so now I’m doing better but I lost a lot of stuff and I wish I could sell this cause it’s a very nice mobile home and a very quiet community and the cheapest lot of rent around in Central Florida. Everybody else is over and you’re over between 700 and $1200 a month
