The Sierra Deli, a convenience store, also makes incredible vietnamese pork sandwiches Building details: - Staffed front desk is available 7 days a week - Mostly owner-occupied building with lots of friendly folks & doggos - Private dog run for Bond residents (nice for quick late night "walks") - In building gym with treadmills, free weights, machines - Common courtyard patio with a grill & nice sitting areas I'm the landlord and know the unit really well - personally replaced a garbage disposal, fixed a clog line to the ice-maker, etc. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for PG&E + WiFi. Two-car tandem parking is included for free.
