Included lots of pictures but here is my take on what's great about it: Unit 712 features: - Awesome kitchen with great appliances (e.g., Bertazzoni range, Bosch dishwasher) - Open kitchen / dining / living area that's great for cooking & entertaining and has nice light from the big wall of windows - Nice, light wide-plank hardwood floors & cement accents (e.g., ceilings, partial walls) - Huge master bath with a shower, tub, double sinks, big mirror & walk-in closet - "Barbell" layout with master bedroom/bathroom and 2nd bedroom/bathroom on opposite ends with kitchen, dining and living in the middle - In-unit washer / dryer - Everything was updated in mid-2014 (current in photos) - Nest thermostat and CO2 monitors / smoke detectors (added late 2019) - Included 2-car tandem parking in the building's garage - Webpass internet (fast + no need to deal w/ Comcast!) Location: - Great coffee right outside the door (Blue Bottle + Bicycle coffee) - Awesome breweries around the corner (Original Pattern, etc.) - Walkable to two BART stations (12th St, Lake Merritt) - Walkable to Ferry for a scenic commute into SF - 1 block from the Broadway B Shuttle, a free shuttle that runs down Broadway, taking you to 12th St BART and into Uptown - Waterfront walking path across the street, perfect for strolls with your morning coffee and dog - Easy access to nice farmers market on Sundays in Jack London Square - Good food around the corner, including Farmhouse Thai, Belcampo, and Chop Bar. The Sierra Deli, a convenience store, also makes incredible vietnamese pork sandwiches Building details: - Staffed front desk is available 7 days a week - Mostly owner-occupied building with lots of friendly folks & doggos - Private dog run for Bond residents (nice for quick late night "walks") - In building gym with treadmills, free weights, machines - Common courtyard patio with a grill & nice sitting areas I'm the landlord and know the unit really well - personally replaced a garbage disposal, fixed a clog line to the ice-maker, etc. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for PG&E + WiFi. Two-car tandem parking is included for free.
