It is practically a new home--we renovated it entirely about 1.5 years ago with new electrical, new plumbing, HVAC, revamped floor plan, new insulation, etc. Now we're looking for a respectful, long term resident(s) to look after it--we in turn will look after you! *Quiet and friendly long-term neighbors - there are two other houses just next door that we also own/rent. *Pet friendly - 2 pet limit - Breed restrictions apply - our insurance dictates no pit bulls or rottweilers, for example. We do apologize for this. :( *Laundry hookups *Fully renovated, eat in kitchen with stove, fridge, and DW. Kitchen also has new cabinetry and butcher block countertops *Central ac and heat *Gorgeous hardwood floors in BRs and living areas, and tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom *Friendly and responsive landlords - we have very good relationships with all of our residents and always have folks staying for years.
