The cabin has had a new heating unit, a brand new metal roof and floors redone in the kitchen/ living area. The 3 bedrooms are sufficiently furnished as is the entire house. The furniture must remain as that is how I rent .. fully equipped kitchen. The renter can bring sheets and towels if they desire. The only utility not Paid for by the owner is electricity and gas for an emergency back up propane heater. Owner pays for internet, cable, and trash removal weekly, and water.
