This house has been great for my family. I have owned it since it was new. It is within walking distance of Elizabethtown college and down town stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is off street parking for 2 cars. The yard is very large and tranquil with a beautiful lawn and large trees shading deck. There has been a lot of upgrades in the past year. These would include wood flooring on the first floor, corian counter tops, tile back splash, stainless refrigerator and garbage disposal. All new this year. The bath has been recently remodeled. Applebee windows have been installed throughout. Roof has been replaced in 2003 with 30yr transferable warranty. This house has always had the best of care and maintenance. It is ready to move in.
