The main thing is to take good care of the place and water the houseplants. Utilities included - gas, electric, water, wastewater, internet. Internet is fiber but standard service, upgradeable if you want to pay the difference. I am available for showings through December 1. After that, showings are available through my showing agent. Through December 1 contact via email or phone, but after December 1 only email will work. No first month/last month rent. Just security deposit $2500. Utilities included in rent. Internet is new fiber optic, so if you need faster service just pay the difference. Early termination fee is one month's rent. No smoking except in sun / hot tub room. $25 lost key fee.
