    What's special

    A nice home for a family of four. I have done a lot of updating and remodeling. When I bought it the house was very closed in and a lot of walls and now it has an open floor plan. The main bathroom has been remodeled and the second one will be remodeled soon. I'm also going to add a fourth bedroom which will be the master bedroom with the second bathroom attached to it. The kitchen is going to be updated as well will tile flooring and modern design. Now for the basics it has central heat and air and the system was replaced this year I also put in a new and bigger breaker box the roof was replaced in 2007. It has a shed in the backyard as well as a eight foot tall wood fence in the backyard. There is also a fire pit in the backyard and I might make the back deck bigger to make it the favorite place for the family in sprin and summer. The property is pretty well shaded which is great. Since I'm putting it on the market soon and I'm trying to make the house pretty much hassle free and the owners wouldn't have to work on anything for many years. It also has the original wood floors from 1965 and they will be refinished and look absolutely amazing and done right. I was going to just lay wood floor over it but my remodeler insist we refinish them. In the front room I have built it wood blinds that are stylish and just great. I also installed new Windows when I bought the home in 2007 and they still look and work great. Thats pretty much all there is about my house that's relevant.
