The property is located directly within the village of Lyons. The home was remodeled years ago with vaulted ceilings, new drywall, kitchen, and new bath. Additionally, the property has central air, tile and carpet flooring and an oversized 2 car garage. Appliances, and washer / dryer included. I recently learned that an individual (Kelvin Bruce) has re listed my property for rent and is asking for an application fee. I am not asking for a fee and truly sorry for any inconvenience.
