Garage, fenced in yard, mail/package delivery (rare gems in Summit!) Brand new dishwasher and oven. Monthly rent is $1400 plus electric. Everything else (trash, snow removal, sewer, water) is covered by landlord. 12 month lease and then month-to-month. No pets, no smoking.
