This home could use some work but it has excellent structure and was built very well. One bathroom was in the beginning stages of a remodel when I purchased the home and has not been completed. The back yard is huge and offers fresh pears every year as well as it has a nice garden shed with underground electrical already run to it. It also has a driveway directly off the highway for additional parking from the back. Would be a great start for someone who doesn't want to spend alot up front and wants a home they can turn into their own.
