We pay the trash only; tenant is responsible for all other utilities. We are pet friendly, but it depends on what kind and how many. If approved, there is a separate pet agreement. There is a $400 pet deposit for a dog, plus $15 per month on the rent. There is a $200 pet deposit for a cat, plus $15 per month on the rent.
