UPDATE: May 2012: painted the inside of the home, new kitchen with cabinets & dishwasher, new carpeting in dining and family rooms. Stairs carpeted to upstairs bedroom. Cleaned up green house which would make a great hot tub room, office, etc. A new electircal service for the kitchen was put in with the new kitchen. The large upstairs bedroom could be divided to make 2 rooms.
