All utilities are included. $250 dollar refundable security deposit. No Smoking or illegal drug use allowed. Lease terms are negotiable with a minimum of month to month up to year long leases. Prices remain the same regardless of lease terms. Rent is due on day of selection from tenant. There is a 3 day grace period, however a late fee of $25 dollars per day will be assessed every day there after.
