The unit is an unfurnished second floor, corner unit with W/D hook-up in the Madison Flatts apartment complex. The current tenant would like someone to take over the remainder of the lease (until 5/26/2019). The application and all other paperwork will be completed through the apartment complex's management company; however, please address all questions/concerns to the current tenant (see below). Owner pays for trash, sewer and water. Tenant pays for electric.
