Fishing,swimming with dolphins, museums and nature preserves. 20 minutes south is the world famous Daytona international Speedway,stop on your way to the many fun places to go in Old Daytona. Go fishing under Granada Bridge on the Tomoka State park river walk. Hang a left and visit Flagler Beach pier up 10 minutes or cruise up to St Augustine just a half hour north all on Ocean Shore where the condo is located. Watch flocks of seagulls fly eye level everyday! Whale and dolphin watching right from your balcony! Our condo is for a vacation Rent only- minimum 1 month. Owner pays for electric/wifi/cable. NO smoking. No pets. Renter pays for any damages that may occur during their stay. 3.5% surcharge on Credit Card +12.5% hotel tax. Security deposit will be refunded to renter within 1 week of vacating the premises assuming all appliances are in proper working order snd no damages to the condo or missing items. Renter must vacate premises exactly on the 28th day from the first day of lease.
