Scott's Addition rowhouse - 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home in the heart of Scott's Addition. Both bedrooms have full private bathrooms. There is a small backyard/patio that is fully fenced. And you get to deal with me, a reasonable human, instead of an agency. The house will be available in August (probably 8/11 at the earliest) so a move-in date in August or September would be great. It will be available to tour starting in August (it's still an Airbnb until then). The house could be partially or fully furnished if desired - the pictures in Airbnb listing are pretty accurate. Dogs are welcome (2 dogs max) - no additional "rent". We can discuss a deposit - depending on the type of dog I may consider something like $250 of the total deposit as "non-refundable" as a pet fee. The deposit will be 1 month's rent. I'm new to this so I still need to figure out the application process - I will likely require a background check and proof of income (gross income must be at least 3x rent). Please reach out with any questions! 12-month lease. Renter will be responsible for electric bill (bill hasn't been bad with new HVAC, has averaged like $100/month). Water/trash can be in renters name or I'm fine keeping in my name and charging like $50/month.
