The house is very private with a small, appealing back yard. Access to unit is up a small flight of wood stairs. The house has 1 narrowish off-street parking space in the front -- old-fashioned but workable. Inside sports a nice living room, dining area, kitchen (with stackable laundry in the kitchen). Bath is simple and cute: both kithen and bathroom have new floor tile. Rest of house is carpet. Bedrooms have great view to cozy backyard and a lot of windows. Inside has old-fashioned wood panelling for walls and ceiling so has the feel of an old summer vacation cottage in the mountains. Very convenient to everything: 2 minute walk to convenience store, 5 minute walk to the Shoal Creek green belt (where the cliffs are!), Lamar and Guadalupe bus stops, Wheatsville, a slew of restaurants, vintage clothing stores, cleaners, and most anything else you may want close by.
