First month and security deposit ($1000) due as signing. Tenant pays utilities. Pets can be ok, depending on size/breed. No smoking. Credit and criminal history checked. My current tenants are moving out on 11/30/2022. The house will not be available to view until: 12/3-12/6, 2022 (while being cleaned and fixed up). After that period, it will only be available to view during weekend open houses, not individual appointments. 2 year lease $15 application fee (per adult). Candidates selected to move forward will later pay a separate credit check fee directly to a credit checking company (usually around $30)
