Kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded. Live next to 50 acre lake and can see pool and weight room from back porch. Unit is downstairs and bedroom is furnished but can be removed. I have lived there about 6 years and I want to rent my spare room . Must sign a 1year lease and pay a 1000.00 deposit. No smoking in the house only on back screened in porch. No pets allowed but I do have a small kitty that is leaving. This is also a room not a condo that I am renting. Must keep room clean and vacuumed every 2 weeks. Depending on the cleanliness of the renter.
