I have a studio basement apartment available near Morgan State. The apartment is ground level of my home, recently remodeled into its own living space. It has its own kitchenette, bathroom, living area, bedroom area, private entrance, and off-street parking. The laundry is available at the top of the stairs, next to my kitchen, and is shared. It's a great space for a single person or a couple. One month's rent (prorated if moving in mid-month) and $750 security deposit required before move-in. I also screen my tenants, and require proof of income of at least $1,600 per month. No pets, children, or smoking indoors, but outdoor smoking is fine. Tenant will be responsible for 25% of utilities, and I have wifi installed throughout the house. Heavy internet (netflix, etc.) users will need to contribute an additional $15 per month. Tenant responsible for 33% of the quarterly water & gas bill, and electricity.
