The front of the townhome has a wrap-around fenced yard with amenities needed for small gatherings just to entertain or have a full on bbq. All general areas are all to be shared and enjoyed, including a 2 car garage. -The Agave at the Reserve Community has a beautiful large heated pool, Jacuzzi, a large gym, well manicured lush grass, plants and shade trees and many walking trails around the entire Reserve area.
