Home will be shared with one female. Townhome is 1700 ft., 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Downstairs there's wood-like tile flooring and carpet upstairs. The room is spacious,15x13 sqft with the window west facing so the breeze is wonderful. The bathroom will NOT have to be shared it's a large bathroom 2 steps from the room. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. -Full size laundry room upstairs w/ utility sink, two car attached garage to be shared and has EV hook up. Also, a tankless water heater. -Downstairs is an open concept family room, kitchen and eating area, and a half bath. The front of the townhome has a wrap-around fenced yard with amenities that include an egg chair, fire pit, patio set with umbrella and of course, a barbecue for memorable gatherings with friends and family. All general areas are all to be shared and enjoyed. -The Agave at the Reserve Community has a beautiful large heated pool, Jacuzzi, a large gym, lush green grass and many walking trails. Close to Calavera Lake, shopping and restaurants. -I am looking for a female or male, preferably a professional who is respectful, trustworthy, congenial, clean, tidy, and considerate person who will appreciate a peaceful and serene home atmosphere so relaxing after a long day at work will make it easy to recharge. No smoking, drugs or heavy drinkers. Dogs under 50lbs, will be considered. Preferably hypoallergenic and non-shedding. Must pass credit and background check. There is a wrap aroundyard in the front, of the townhome which is mostly cement, but has a 2 foot area that needs to be cared for by both tenants, including watering. Also in the yard, there's a double egg chair, a fire pit, a high top table with umbrella and a barbecue to be enjoyed. Both tenants are responsible to keep refrigerator and the garage clean. Currently, I do have a house keeper who comes once a month and it ranges about $80 each, but that can be discussed.

I'm in my 50's, work FT outside the home and I have no pets. I enjoy hiking, the ocean air, my beach cruiser, kayaking, gardening, Pilates and spending time people I love. I go to an occasional happy hour and also just chilling at home
