This guesthouse features a large bedroom with incredible rolling hill northwest views, a bathroom with an over sized walk in glass tile shower, a beautiful, spacious kitchen and under the stairs storage. There's loads of convenient parking, OR you can pull up under the huge pine tree just outside of the kitchen. There is a curtained alcove that keeps the washer and dryer private and out of sight (washer and dryer provided!). Rent includes ALL utilities (water, electric, trash) except internet. This is STRICTLY a no smoking property - either inside the guesthouse or anywhere on the property.
